Discussion Group Trip to Town!!

Tuesday 1^st December

The December group will visit Red Stag Timber in Rotorua to have a look at their huge operation, and to understand how they deal with compliance and environmental issues.

FarmSource Rotorua have been very kind and are cooking breakfast for us at their store starting at 9:00am. We’ll then head to Red Stag at Waipa for a tour of their site starting at 10:00am. The visit will take about two hours.

For lunch we are visiting Secret Spot Hot tubs to catch up with one of the owners (Eric Kolver ex DairyNZ) to hear the story of how they established this new venture.

Rabobank have also been very generous and will be providing some sandwiches for lunch. You will be able to purchase other food and drinks.

9:00am –     FarmSource Rotorua for breakfast
10:00am –   Red Stag, Waipa State Mill Road
12:00pm –  Secret Spot Hot Tubs for lunch
